Staff Training

The Continuing Professional Development Programme (CPDP)

All of Mouth That Roars staff have experience and background in youth work and in TV or video production. However, on joining Mouth That Roars everyone has to complete a training weekend in order to develop their individual and team skills.

The training is carried out by Journeyman Training & Project Management who provides training and facilitation to groups of adults and young people. Much of their work is done with community-based projects where they mentor, supervise and support adults and young people as individuals and as part of a group.

The aim of this training is ensure that MTR's staff's work is of a high quality and also guarantees that they are equipped to handle any situation that MTR's work may require.
