FourDocs is a broadband documentary channel designed by Channel 4 as a place for documentary makers to
showcase their 4-minute documentaries. FourDocs is a vibrant community where documentary makers can upload
and download their own 4-minute documentaries, get practical advice from experienced programme makers and
share views about films they or others have made.
It celebrates all aspects of the documentary genre and
includes an archive of full-length documentaries integrated into an interactive timeline. In addition
there are 18 video and flash guides covering all aspects of documentary filmmaking and specially shot
interviews with documentary makers such as Nick Broomfield and Kim Longinotto.
