• Over twenty years of experience working with young people and adults in both voluntary and statutory settings.
• Network links with young agencies and professionals in London, nationally and internationally in Australia and the USA.
• Skills in partnership work with agencies such as the Police, Health Authorities, Social Services, Criminal Justice System and Youth Services.
• Youth projects covering outdoor activities:
  US Summer Camp,
  Lesbian,
  Gay and Bisexual Youth,
  Anti Bullying,
  Anti-Racism,
  Mentoring and Care Leavers.
• Experience in developing youth and community projects from scratch.
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff teams.

Journeyman uses flexible and creative methods of training and working in order to:

• Create a safe learning environment where participants are able to grow by exploring relevant issues.
• Support participants in recognising what hinders or enhances their personal and career development.
• Help participants increase their self-esteem and develop strategies to tackle concerns.
• Challenge stereotypes and celebrate diversity of culture.
